Amanda Graves Greer helps shape DAVA’s early childhood arts experiences by creating welcoming spaces where young children and caregivers explore creativity together. Drawing on her background in English Language Acquisition, she designs inclusive Family Arts sessions that support communication, imagination, and early learning. Her multidisciplinary artistic practice and joyful teaching style encourage families to connect through shared creative experiences.
Family Arts Teaching Artist
Amanda Graves Greer is a passionate artist and educator who believes expression is what connects us. In the Family Arts classroom, she brings energy and creativity, encouraging young children and their caregivers to explore and express themselves in a supportive and inclusive environment.
With a background in English Language Acquisition, Amanda has taught both children and adults in K–12 and university settings. Her teaching approach supports communication, imagination, and early learning through hands-on creative experiences.
Outside the classroom, Amanda is an avid writer and multidisciplinary artist who works in painting, ceramics, textiles, poetry, and digital art. She holds a Master’s in Teaching English as a Second Language from the University of Idaho and is always seeking new ways to learn, grow, and inspire.
