Human Tapestry

Human Tapestry is a free, hands-on art demo where anyone can stop by and try printmaking without a press, no experience needed. Using gel plates and nontoxic inks, participants cut out a human shape, ink a plate, and make a print. Each figure is added to a large shared piece of fabric, slowly building one community artwork made by many different hands. Visitors can come and go at their own pace and take part for just a few minutes or stay longer.

This activity is open to all ages and focuses on curiosity and trying something new, not perfection. Kids, adults, and families are welcome to experiment together.
